I don't get why you would email Ottawa and New Delhi if your application is in Winnipeg.

That's how other forum suggested and received the PPR email. Happen with me as well... There is no logic but I did the same and received the PPR landing email in 3 days.

There isnt. Winnipeg VO comes under Vancouver... so there is nothing you can do about it. I tried to raise CSEs and I get a reply that it has been forwarded to the appropriate Visa office but then I never hear back again.

Congrats! Why would they give you CoPR? I thought it was for landing. Didn't you just land? So you are just waiting for your PR card or need to do more stuff? Thanks.

I got the landing interview and after the interview, they provided the CoPR. No passport request and CEC Inland.
