VFS India - 2 way Passport service not available at location

Tried to book 2 way courier service for passport collection through the new form but says service is not available at my location. There is a Bluedart DHL courier service about 30KM from my place. Anybody knows how this works? Should I submit the passport collection form to VFS with my local courier office address?

Hi! I know this is an old thread, but was your issue resolved?

I'm in the same boat regarding my parents visa. We have a Bluedart near our house, but they have been asked to drop off their Passports at a Bluedart location which is in another state!
