VFS - 2 way passport Service - After Visa approval

Hi folks, anyone facing challenges with VFS!? How did you resolve? I paid online for passport collection / 2 way service got the Way bill but it’s not collected yet, anyone know how to contact DELHI, India VFS office to expedite pick up and delivery?

in india, blue dart is the courier partner of vfs..try contacting nearest blue dart office(if they have received any pick up req) for my parents we gave biometrics in bangalore n courier person picked up only after two days of generating awb number..hope it helps
