Hi

I applied for PR care renewal two weeks ago through an online portal on urgent request. It has been two weeks since I didn't receive an acknowledgement email. I called IRCC today. Agent is unable to provide any information because my application is not forwarded to the call center database. I don't know when I will get an acknowledgement email as my PR renewal request is on an urgent basis.

Doesn't matter if you got the acknowledgement or not. Ultimately, it's whether or not you can get the renewed card before you return to Canada.
