understanding GCMS notes

Hi Guys,
I got GCMS notes 2 months ago. I was under security screening as 7 activities were mentioned under security screening. I ordered new set of GCMS notes 4 weeks before which I received toady. According to the latest GCMS notes, there is no mention of SECURITY SCREENING for me. Only a few activities are mentioned under SECURITY. Some pages have s 15.1 & 16.(1) (c) mentioned over them. Page 2 contains the following info.
Eligibility: Passed
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Orgi Crime:
Medical : Passed
Misrepresentation:
Infor Sharing: Complete
Other Reqs:
Final:
It was same in previous GCMS notes.
Can anyone know what is happening right now?

The activities related to security are mentioned in activity section or admissibility, security section?

3 activities under admissibilities on 3 pages, with 15.(1) written on right corner of first 2 pages and for 3rd page page written in the middle

If your security is complete it will be mentioned in Notes . Ordering cbsa notes will also be helpful.

Some Background:

1. I am using 3 different NOCs for my FSW application having worked in 3 different roles at 2 different institutions over the past 10 years.

2. Only the details of 1 NOC (NOC 1123) are detailed in NOTES 1 above whilst the other (bolded at the top) has review required written by the CASE ANALYST against it. Please what is the implication of this? What could be the possible problem they have with this employment record?

3. Why the drop in my Verified CRS points (from 459 to 409?) and in my FSW points (from 72 to 59?)
