GCMS notes not recieved

I applied for GCMS notes regarding my visitor visa refusal on June 26, but I still haven’t received them. I applied for GCMS notes again on August 26, but I haven’t received any response yet. Does anyone know how long it is currently taking to receive GCMS notes?

Thirty days is the legal timeline, but it slips regularly, and three months with nothing suggests something went wrong with the request rather than a queue.
The usual causes are a missing or unsigned consent form, the representative form not matching the applicant's details exactly, or applying through a third-party service that never actually filed it.
Two things I'd do. Check whether you got an acknowledgement with a file number for either request. If you have one, you can follow up on it. If you never got one, the request may not have been accepted at all.
And if you're outside Canada, remember you can't file it yourself. It has to come from someone in Canada, a citizen or permanent resident, with your signed consent.
Did you get an acknowledgement number for either request, and did you apply yourself or through someone in Canada?

Then your consultant should have the acknowledgement with a file number for each request. Ask them for it, along with the date each was filed.
With that number, you can follow up directly. Without one, the request probably never went in, which would explain three months of silence on two separate applications.
Also ask which route they used. The free Privacy Act request usually comes back in about thirty days. If they filed it as an Access to Information request instead, that can run longer.
