No you don’t have to! They will call you when your passport is ready!

Yes u need a self address envelop

Maybe it’s different from a consulate to another! In Montreal you don’t need it!

For Turkish embassy yes.i did took with me. They took fee for visa. But as they did not gave me change,with my RTD, change and confirmation letter send me via inside express envelope.

you can stay as much as you want just come back before your RTD expiration date.

yes that’s normal everyone with RTD will face this , just give them the truth

its cause when people leave for long time they think they went to visit their home country. I left for 5 months no issue.
