Mine was approved on 30th june bt still it shows submitted and in review with ircc
NOT PR application, you have to link your PR card application to your IRCC account. PR application is "approved" not means your card is "approved"
Same here, I think that's how the portal process is though. I submitted my declaration June 22nd and still waiting for ecorp.
You have to link your PR card application to your IRCC account, after you can download the COPR the portal account will not be updated anymore.
Mine still shows photo under review but they already mailed my card.
Then your card is not print or mail yet. Once it becomes "approved" you can see your card number and expire date etc..

I dont know why they are taking so long
I replied to the email that sent me the "congratulation" email, and they checked my PR card application after then I got a GU.
Might take up to 111 days from the day you received ecorp, according to card processing time on ircc website. Ridiculous.
