Can you believe that my CGKEY account is still showing "Your action is required" even if I am a permanent resident since March 10?I’m a girl loljust got a call from MP.... I didn’t expect for many info ofc :/ he told me same info everything everything is passed , no additional documents required, decision is made but I have to wait when they will send me a letter and update my gckey and because of the covid there is a delay in that!!! And advised to call him back if I won’t get an update in the next three months !!!How come that’s possible ?!!?!???! If they finalized my application why they don’t update my file !???!?? I’m so angry.....

I don't know about others, but I applied on March 11th, and still nothing! Anyway, it doesn't matter as long as I am PR; life goes on!

Im May 2019JUNE 2019 applicant, Just called IRCC.. criminality still in process, medicals being reviewed, and security/eligibility not started yet!!!!
Same here. July 2019 applicant and I called them last Friday and same answer
what I heard is different for everyone, in my case Decision Made on 15th March but after that no update, no request for Pictures or else
