I applied with my family (no dependents) in Sept 2024 for PR under refugee class in Quebec, so the waiting time left is 69 months / 5.75 year, my God have mercy on me !

No, you write the date of your PR application when it was submitted online or by mail, not the date when you filed your refugee claim
