Hi Siris!
I unfortunately don't know an email address for them but I'm sure someone does, I just wanted to let you know that you shouldn't be too worried! :) There is still people who sent their application before you and are not in process yet. Three months is not a long wait. My timeline is similar to yours and I'm hoping to hear from them next month or so. Just hang in there! :)

Here is the webform for contacting them. As others have pointed out though, you're still pretty early in your application process time though. In fact, London has had your file almost as long as mine has been "In Process"!

Got this email from CIC in reply to my query about whether my COPR has been issued yet.

"Good morning,

Although your application has reached the final stages of processing we have not yet issued your COPR. Your application will be finalised and your COPR will be issued and dispatched shortly.

Kind regards,
CDD"

So, it's now been three weeks since the last time they said my COPR would be issued "shortly". Clearly that word has a different definition with CIC than with the rest of the english speaking world.
I think that is a great email, they have stated that you are getting a COPR so a DM must have been made. Congrats. Heres hoping the speed up this final little bit and you get an offical DM on Ecas soon so we can turn your RED

I've just been offered a job at Momofuku Toronto too. If I don't have my COPR in to start, this whole thing will have cost me another dream job.

I just checked it out (on the internet, I'm not in Toronto...), and it looks great! maybe time for another email to London, telling them that you have been offered a job at that place, and you are asked to start by that date, and can they please let you know if the COPR will be here by then, so you can give an answer to your prospective employer? maybe with facts and a "deadline" for them, it will make them move a little quicker?

Yeah, that's actually a great idea. Thanks for the tip. Yeah, it's an amazing place. World famous in fact! The kind of place that will bring me a bit closer to my dreams ultimately! I'll email London (again!) and hope that they don't just tell me to bugger off.

Some people are working in London.

To my incredible frustration someone who didn't even apply to Mississauga until Jan 2013 has sailed through to completion. Not even so much as an "In Process". No bullshit emails for extra information. Just straight to the finish line. They aren't even married. The rest of us from late 2012 sit in the "queue".

"Processed in the order in which they are received" - BULL.

This week is pretty much my last chance to get an answer before my visa expires late next week.

Yes it is frustrating but I don't see why the 'not even married' comment was warranted.

There is a higher burden of proof on CL applications.

I think the "Processed in the order in which they are received" is probably true, except of course for the rubbish unwarranted "extra information" requests and the "oops, didn't spot your file on the floor" issues. It seems that there is absolutely no "Completed in the order in which they are received" policy however.
