Which is what I said initially, that not everyone will get visa in 2013....some will go into 2014.....remember, my "minimum 3 years from full docs, for most MI-1 cases" theory !!

kher. To hell with theories, I just hope and pray that it gets done asap, and whenever it gets done (2013 or 2014), it gets done safely, and no further complication arises for anyone. But I really really pray we all gets through in 2013...

Nahi yar.. dont get in to these numbers bhai... they are not going to launch new policy soon... look at the things they are looking for.... Canadian work experience, English fluency etc. These case were always have better chances to get immigrations... so people like us, living outside canada who dont have this experience.. what for them bro, will their new policy is not going to cover them??? yar abhi bohat say questions unanswered hain..... We will get through in 2012 quota yar.. dont worry.... chill man..... Allah bara badshah hey.....

its nice to see something new with your reply from cic, cause i never saw anybody getting a reply that says "after 28 days they will answer" so that's great and it proves one issue that WHEN SOMEONE'S TURN IS NEAR TO UPDATE/MR, ONLY THEN CIC WILL REPLY WITH PROPER ANSWERS, BUT, IF YOU ARE FAR BEHIND IN YOUR QUEUE THEN THEY WILL SEND YOU AUTOMATED REPLY.

thanks for your clarification, i have never seen a reply like that so far on this forum thats why i was thinking its a good news, by the way, one thing that i mentioned in my earlier post regarding getting proper reply just before your turn to get update/mr is TRUE, beause if you send CSI after your update/mr was send they will reply as " a letter was send you........" and this letter is different then wait letter, hope you got my point.

wat Arsh got is the automated reply that EVERYONE I know (including myself) gets everytime I ve emailed them in the past 2 years...this reply comes within 3 seconds of the mail being sent.

Wat we all are interested in, is the 2nd reply he gets. Let's see if that's copy/paste or something else.

P.S: Funny thing is, someone I know (arsh knows who) who got PPR2 , has DM on status, and sent PP for visa stamping few days back........he sent CSI and they replied to him with the copy/paste reply :

"A visa officer will review your case-and visa office will let u know of the decision etc etc"
