question about 12 months of cohabitation (for common-law)

Hi all, I'm a PR and want to sponsor my partner (who is inland on a study permit). For proof of cohabitation, our lease agreement has both of our names starting from Oct 1, 2024, so it will be 12 months on Oct 1, 2025. However, in January, I went to visit my home country for 3 weeks. Will those 3 weeks cause any problem with the 12 months of continuous cohabitation? Has anyone else had a similar situation, and was it a problem? Thanks!

No issue. 3 weeks for a vacation is just leading a normal life. Longer may be an issue.
