Slight variations can be there as mentioned on cic website. But normally visa offices stick to the targets allocated to them by CIC individually. So if someone got visa he is good to go whether he is 55301 or 55302

Then, kindly enlighten us explaining how it is applicable to the existing applicants. Would be grateful.

So, one thing that I get is:
They will give 53500 visas (including families) to FSW in 2013....we are included in this....

What im slightly NOT sure of is:

1-This 100,000 people backlog they mention, is this only for FSW or TOTAL (all categories) people remaining?....

2- are we in this 1 lakh people in backlog OR we are in come other thing called working inventory?? I think we are part of this 1 lakh people backlog...

3-Further, If this TOTAL backlog includes us, so out of 1 lakh visas, only 53500 people are FSW visas and the rest are other categories?

Ok..I know I ve made it confusing now guess I'm not being able to ask what I'm thinking...

Feel to correct me, coz I'm not sure about this whole thing myself. Thanks.

Before this can u plz share where on CIC website (not in news) they have mention that this 53500 is for new applications only? Where quota is allocated on CIC table for old FSW applications? ? ?

Lookin at my caips report...Just a query, anyone can asnwer .

Is UCI (unique client identification) the same thing , what in caips, is written as "client ID" ??.

If yes, every member of the family has a different client ID in caips, but on top, (next to file number), the client ID mentioned is of principal applicant.....

So my question is:

Is UCI the same thing as the "principal applicant's Client ID" in caips ??

Ps: by the way, my 2nd AOR does not have this ID. It just has the 2nd File Number.

Anyone ?? Esp. people who have seen caips!

I have tried adobe 6.3 but it does not work. Adobe 9.3 crack version is still not available in market (as per my information). So, what i did was i went to a typist. He had electronic type writer, he typed this form in less than 05 mins & it was as good as a print out. If nothing works then try this last option.

Which is what I said initially, that not everyone will get visa in 2013....some will go into 2014.....remember, my "minimum 3 years from full docs, for most MI-1 cases" theory !!

kher. To hell with theories, I just hope and pray that it gets done asap, and whenever it gets done (2013 or 2014), it gets done safely, and no further complication arises for anyone. But I really really pray we all get through in 2013...
