The one-time 2-year initiative regarding 115,000 protected persons

It is crazy that they haven't started this one time initiative. It has been months. I believe they will never implement it. Very unrealistic for IRCC to be able to actually do their job and proccess 7k applications per month lol.

If they can finish 1k applications in a month we will be more than happy. Let them just start
