Agent 1:: Please wait, things are moving slowly. we will let you know for any further changes.
Agent 2:: Your file is showing as test rescheduled on Feb 16th. if you have any proofs raise a webform. we will look into it.
Agent 3:: Your file is showing as retest. And you have raised a webform. wait for 1 - 2 month from now to get back to you.

Jesus. I'm so sorry this is happening. Normally webforms are replied within a couple weeks, so beside waiting there's nothing much you can do at the moment. Or, you can request a GCMS notes to see what exactly is going on with your file, but that would also take about 30 days.

Can be of help. I think I chose Privacy Act at the time. Fairly straightforward process but will take some time.

Is it a good idea to write an email specified in the test email or raise a webform. Any suggestions

My coworker responded back with email because in the oath invite email it said to immediately reply back to its address if you needed to change dates. So, he knew it an address that was monitored. Check the retest email and see if it says anything about replying back. If it doesn’t then you probably have to do the webform only.

i did not get any email for retest. It was my file which is showing for Rescheduled. i raised the webform, will leave it as is then.

You got another invite? Can you reply back to the same email and explain your situation? Or would you just retake the test?

No I did not get any retest invite.
This is the series of incidents.
1. I got test invite on Feb 3rd.
2. Took test on Feb 7th and passed.
3. Called CIC on Feb 11th to check the next process and see where i stand.
4. Got a reply "test didn't recorded yet, and this is normal nothing to worry"
5. Called on 25th Feb again, to check the result of test, agent mentioned " The file is showing as test Rescheduled - and it is recorded as of Feb 16th on file" and i told them it is done on 7th.
6. Raised a webform with my test results.

Officer will reach out and will ask for a photo id
As a due deligence, call CIC and inform them and also for next steps

Hello thank you so much for ur response. She immediately submitted her pr card through webform explaining she forgot to take her pr card picture. Yeah fingers crossed lets c. Hope for the best. She will call IRCC on Monday

I just call to an agent and until now they didn't have any test result record showing that which I passed the online test exam on 11-feb-2021. I am not sure it is a technical fault?

As per the urgent application timeline from another applicant, only take 2-5 days from IN PROCESS to DECISION MADE. Agent cant confirm as it takes up to 3 weeks and She said after 3 weeks, if there is no change in ECAS to DM or do not receive any other information from IRCC, that means they said they will let the local office know to move forward another step (may be NOVA SCOTIA notify Surrey, BC office to change my ecas to DM?). I will keep you all posted. Finger cross.

Did you email on the email address from which you received the test? That's the fastest email to get a response. They are ones who sent you the test request and they will be the one who will receive your test results and send the oath.

You should email again around 9:00 am. They are very responsive at that time.
