We had applied for Super Visa parents/ grand parents (total 3 applications) as per following details. Please help in getting clarity on the applications since they are pending for an year since we applied. Showing in progress after logging in IRCC portal with Gc Key.

- Date of Application Submitted/AOR: Application 1. 1117037923 (09 Sep 20) Application 2. 1125279672 (12 Dec 20) Application 3. 1125279674 (12 Dec 20)
- Biometric Requested: All on 28 Jun 21
- Biometric Submitted: All on 27 Jul 21
- Biometric Updated in Portal: All on 27 Jul 21
- Medical Requested or Date of Upfront Medicals: Applicant 1 on Sep 20, Applicant 2&3 in Dec 20
- Medical Completed: Applicant 1 on Sep 20, Applicant 2&3 in Dec 20
- Medical Passed: Applicant 1 on Sep 20, Applicant 2&3 in Dec 20
- Additional Information (if any): All three Covid complaint, both doses taken.
- Passport Request (PPR) Date: Not yet received
- Visa Office (if known): New Delhi

Did you receive another letter requesting you to submit medical exam? I also submitted my parents application with upfront medicals all together, but I receiveda letter requesting medicals again, i am not sure if i should ignore it or do something about it.

I did not receive a letter like that. But if I were you, I would either submit a web form or resubmit the same medical again.

Can someone please advise? If I want to raise a webform, what type of application/enquiry I need to use? There is no option for visitor visa or supervisa in that list

On the gckey account, I can't find how to resubmit the proof for upfront medical exam document. Any idea of how to do it?
