I initially applied on November 21, and the application was rejected on February 18. I then submitted a new application through an agent on March 29.
Rejected due to LICO, as the MNI requirement could not be justified, and the invitation letter did not include the number of family members.

The current processing time is 176 days, reduced from 190 days. It appears that applications may be moving faster as summer approaches.

I got approved in IRCC Portal. Tracker is still not updated.. We are going in really fast processing queue

This is what it says on tacker -
Once we approve you for temporary residence in Canada, you’ll get a Visitor Visa. Your document details will be listed below.

I am so surprised that it was approved in less than 20 days. While background check and eligibility status still not updated. But final decision says approved and also got passport print request letter. Insane.

Wondering the same thing. The passport has been at New Delhi since April 21st, and this is the latest status via the VFS tracking system: Your application, tracking ID No.20260421INMAPKTXXXXX, has been received and is under process at the IRCC Office on 2026/04/23

Has anyone else received the next update, and how long that takes?

what i am seeing is it can take up to 20-25 days so i guess just need to wait. my parents passport at delhi as well since April 21st.

I have the same timeline april 21 at delhi office .Just received updates from ircc on portal eligibility reviewed.Nothing on VFS site yet.I guess its not dispatched yet.
