Super Visa - June 2025

I submitted medicals through web form on oct 2nd and ircc updated medical status to completed for one application on 9th and waiting for other application status update.

Similar story for my parents super visa application, medical uploaded for both of them, medical status updated for one of them and still pending for another one. I believe this is a normal trend now for all the super visa applications if applying together, IRCC has clearly stated each individual file will processed separately. My observation through timelines of such cases is once the file is ready for visa or PPR, Medicals and PPR request are updated together. Lets hope for the best

Raise a webform and upload the upfront medical form this will expedite the process

Well It is linked with your passport and UCI number, I forgot to upload my mothers medical form ( in fact it was nowhere asked to upload, thats what I remember) but still it got passed. So yes it is linked to your application but on a safer side its better to upload the same as suggested

Not sure how true is getting PPR request quickly after medical is cleared. My mother’s and my in-laws applications were submitted back in mid June. Medical done upfront and submitted with the applications, cleared somewhere in late September, but no passport request yet. Not sure whats the holdup! Can anybody provide an insight as to what could be going on? And for people who received their PPR, how long does visa stamping took (from sending the passport to getting it back)?

My in laws medicals passed on Aug 6, but ppr came Sep 26 only. Sometimes ppr comes as soon as medicals passed however there are cases it takes longer time just like in my case. Never know why.

Regarding passport stamping for trv, anywhere around 3-4 weeks from submission. I submitted Sep 29, still waiting.

hi @ArunKK were you the sponsor of your mother-in-law or your wife sponsored them? Asking cause I am planning to apply for my mother-in-law ..
Are there better chances if daughter sponsors ,rather than son-in-law sponsoring?

Your spouse is supporting with you as co-signer. MIL is eligible because her daughter is PR or citizen.

For super-visa application
1. is the current address has to be same as address in Passport ???
2. is it ok to have the invitation letter e-signed and not hand-signed.
