May I know if you had any previous rejections when applying for super visa? And when was the medical passed?
Yes I understand that it’s a privilege what’s frustrating is that many people get the visitors visa and then try all the things under the sun to avoid returning and we are getting penalized for it. No matter what sort of proof you provide they are inclined to reject because the Indians won’t return .
On a different note some countries have strict regulations and they leave a loophole in the law of the visa expired them that individual has to get out of country , can’t work or avail any sort of service without a valid pass . They process visitor visa request within a single night.

It was police record for my father-in-law. He is a retired police officer
PPR received on Sep 26.
Please complete your upfront medical and update them by raising webform to ircc, you will get PPR in next 2 weeks.
I submitted medicals through web form on oct 2nd and ircc updated medical status to completed for one application on 9th and waiting for other application status update.
