My FIL got their PPR request last week after repeated follow ups through web form and MP office. I ordered GCMS notes and it helped a lot to see what was going on. The file was processed in April 2026 and a PPR request was never sent.
Congratulations. Hopefully my father application also gets approve. Although he did not have a combat role we proactively provided all the documents like IMM 5546 and other related documents.
