Similar story for my parents super visa application, medical uploaded for both of them, medical status updated for one of them and still pending for another one. I believe this is a normal trend now for all the super visa applications if applying together, IRCC has clearly stated each individual file will processed separately. My observation through timelines of such cases is once the file is ready for visa or PPR, Medicals and PPR request are updated together. Lets hope for the best
