I have a question on below Express Entry requirement:
Do you have a valid job offer supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment
If I have a valid LIMA certified job offer in Canada for 2 years and I am working in that same company in Canada, would I be eligible for the points for valid job offer ? Please suggest.

Hello All, I have a quick query regarding SNIP EOI.. Please clarify..

I have a EE enrolled with NOC 2171. But 60% of my overall experience have job duties matches with NOC 2173. I can see 2171 is not included in the OID list. Please advice if am eligible to submit my EOI? My assessment with SNIP eligibility grid is 67. Any advice would be highly helpful...

Hi,
I have received WES evaluation of my Masters Degree from Malaysia as "Postgraduate Diploma (One Year)". i am unable to select any option as there is no Postgraduate option available.
can anyone confirm which option i should select for my education?

available options are.

1) None, or less than secondary (high School)
2) one year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
3) Two years program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
4) Bachelor's degree (three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school,
5) Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees, one must be for a program of three or more years
6) Master's degree, or professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession
7) Doctoral level university degree (Phd).

can anyone suggest which option i should select for further proceeding.

I am not able to save my updates in Express entry profile due to a technical glitch at their end. And because I am not able to update my profile, I have got a message that I am ineligible for Express Entry. What type of idiotness is this? Also, my data is not visible in Express entry account page and hence I am unable to see my Unique Client Identifier to report a technical glitch. Does this mean I have to create a new profile altogether? My date of submission will be the latest and it will adversely effect my chances of getting into the next few draws even if I have the required score? I am currently at 432.
Please can anyone advise what to do? Where to complain?

Ontario PNP application Process:

Will simply creating an eligible EE profile means someone is eligible for Ontario PNP draws? Or there are 2 steps:

1.first create EE profile
2. Create similar profile for PNP?

Is there any difference in applying for cec category or federal skilled worker?
any link for steps etc?
Any particular things to take care for this category because he is thinking to apply himself.
