Is there any fee that one pays when applying for defer as in I miss my September intake so I want to Join January intake so will the university charge me with that

Guys today in my status its shown that my passport have been couriered. I dont know whether its rejection or approval. Really tensed.
They usually send it after 1 day or more or you will get to know when you recieve your passport. If apply online, then in cic account.
