No I didn't apply for 2019 I was still giving exam how can I apply in 2019 then they made a mistake writing that
You could have applied with forecast grades (those predicted by teachers and supervisors), then how come they stated that you applied earlier

I have no idea why they wrote that maybe they did a mistake plus I was born in 2001 December and they wrote I am 21 I swear I am not making this up

Then send a web form, attach an affidavit mentioning all these details and ask them for reconsideration.

What will the webform do I mean grades They wrote right so I shall just mention about the 2019 SP?
You can't change the grades and they are right about them, but at least you can point out their mistakes about SP in 2019. Also, they have mentioned your last studies were in 2019 and have emphasized that you didn't study further or took employment, you can tell them that it's not the case and you just finished with all the relevant evidence.

Yes, just correct the things that aren’t relevant to your case and send along evidecne.

The errors in the gcms note has no real impact on the refusal. There's no point sending a webform to correct those as reconsideration will not be considered based on these mistakes.

Main issue is bad grades and incomplete courses/program which VO is right about.
