But I can't give exam like I said how else can I satisfy them about my grades or leaving the country after the stay help.

It's going to be difficult because your grades are so low and you have two siblings in Canada.

Again, wait for your GCMS notes and see what they say.

You may have no choice but to complete further studies outside of Canada to achieve higher grades if you can't get into a public college. Definitely do not reapply for a private college.

So My agent said the college is good as per the DLI

You should fire your agent. It's not a good school. Your agent is saying this because they are getting paid by the school to recruit students - or because they have zero understanding of the Canadian school system and school quality.

Yes I know but My problem is that I can't get admission except private colleges and I can't retake any exams to improve grades and my friend was in sentinel college and 1 in columbia they all got the study permit

In that case your only option is to reapply with a private college again.

I know your friends were approved. Are their grades as low as yours? Do they have two siblings in Canada who are PRs? My bet is no. This is why you were refused and they were approved.

As has been repeatedly said, you basically have three strikes against you right now in your application that you have to try to overcome:
1) Siblings in Canada
2) Very low grades
3) Private college

You can't change the first two. If you can't change the third either, then your only option is to reapply with a weak profile and be prepared for the likelihood of another refusal.

I really can't help you any further. The same things have been said over and over again.

And I don't think the grades matter as long as college has accepted. Plus I can't change my brother or sister living there and having permanent residency
These low quality colleges would accept you as long you have a heartbeat and have paid the application fees. These are called degree mills.

I also want to know is the purpose of visit the same reason as 1st refusal does that mean I didn't correct it?

Impossible to say. That's why you need your GCMS notes so that you can see the details.

21 YO male, Pakistani national residing in Kuwait. PA states he studied at Cambridge
Assessment Int Education until 2019. Has not completed further studies or entered in any
employment since. Previous SP refusal noted and declared.
PA is applying for SP to study at Coquitlam College for 2 years to complete transfer program. School
transcript shows mostly E and D scores. This leads me to have concerns on capability of PA to
pursue and succeed in his studies in CDA. Study plan appears vague. Pa states he wishes to
complete this course so that he could then transfer to Simon Fraser to study Computer sciences.
However, I note that PA applied for SP in 2019 for same course and has not done any additional
course since then that could have helped him with his intentions of studying at Simon Fraser.
PA appears to have weak ties to country of residence. Appears to have been unemployed/without
studies for the last 3 years.PA is single, no children, mobile and has 2 siblings living in CDA. While
PA's father appears financially established and has sufficient funds to cover PA's studies in CDA, on
balance, I am not satisfied that the applicant is a genuine student who will pursue studies in Canada.
Weighing the factors in this application. I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the
end of the period authorized for their stay.
For the reasons above, I have refused this application.

As I mentioned to you a few weeks ago, your grades are a big factor in your refusal.

So what can I do about it please help

Complete further education in your home country and achieve higher scores before reapplying to study in Canada.
