Hii i got my visa approved today and i got the passport request too..

Did you apply from India or Canada ?

i applied from Canada and my wife processed it online by her own. Further it took me almost 3 months for visa as it took 1 month for reviewing my eligibility as came from Australia after my studies.

When did you apply ? I applied in July online for my husband who is in India. Still waiting for medical

I have applied on may 30th for my SWOP and got the rejection same refusal reason R 205(C)(ii)

I got the same reason also. Even submitted all supporting documents as menstioned. They also wrote you did not meet the rquirements as given in section 11.

I know people who have got swop even while their spouse were on study permit,I am on OWP with NOC B job,only thing my agent did not upload was pay stubs,Visa officer should have asked for the supporting document but he/ahe rejected right away.
I am thinking to apply for her visitor’s visa or may be after 2 months I will apply for PR together under CEC.
