Applied Outland. We applied 37 days ago. Haven't received AOR yet. which office requests for the medical? Cic or vo?

AOR is taking upwards of 45 days. there are many people who are waiting longer. i would suggest going to the thread for the month you submitted your application to get an idea of when you will hear something next.

The Medical results are requested in the sponsor approval letter and if not sent, it will be requested by the visa office during application processing.

Oh I'm already in thread for the month of may. Many have received AOR within 15-25 days. I am waiting till 43-50 days then will inquire if I haven't heard back from them.

Regarding the "Use of a Representative" Form (IMM5476). My wife would like to have me as her representative - I am the sponsor. Since I am the sponsor and the representative should I be singing in both Section B and D? Or just section B? I've read stories about troubles signing in the wrong place or not singing in the right place so I want to be sure to do this right.

Hi ,

I have a doubt. I have a canadian boyfriend, we are together since Dec 2014( 1 year and 6 months). I know his family and friends and He knows my family and friends in Brazil( He came to Brazil for 4 times already) and I went to Canada 2 times since I met him.
I am in a process of Work Permit , I am waiting my CSQ but it is taking so long that He decided to sponsor me. So we will send the docs next month and He will apply as sponsor outland.

My questions are:

I was married and I signed my divorce last month. Can I apply once I was legal married when I was with my boyfriend ( those 1 year and 6 moths)?
Here in Brazil we have to wait around 2 years to get a divorce this is the reason I didnt get it 1st ( I dont live together with my ex husbund for 4 years and I can prove).

I have how to prove that I am with my boyfrind and it is not a fraud, we have photos, emails, my sis. lives in Canada( we spent Christmas and New Year together....

Tks,

You must be either married or common-law to be sponsored. Conjugal is not an option; you have both visited the other's country several times, so there is no legal or immigration barrier preventing you from getting married or living together.

You must sponsor your spouse for PR.

Hi guys,

I did not submit PCC (from India) with my spouse PR application. I received an email from DELHIIMMIGRATION to submit PCC. There is no address mentioned where I should send the PCC. Can anyone please share the address where PCC should be sent.
Thanks.

Only sponsors that are Canadian citizens can be outside of Canada during the sponsorship process. You, as a PR, must remain in Canada. Leaving (even for a short trip) could be a problem.
is there any time frame like after getting married to apply for sponsorship?

hi everyone! do i have to include my paystub or just the employment certificate only? tnx
There's no need to submit paystubs. Refer to the application's document checklist. You will need a letter of employment and his most recent Notice of Assessment from the CRA website (assuming you're the sponsor).

Yes, that's all you need to submit. You can get the Notice of Assessment off your CRA account and print it yourself. The Option C Printout that you order over the phone is no longer required.

Hello Everyone,

I am a new PR holder (21st Jan'16) in Ontario, Canada. I am back in India (3rd June'16) for marriage and will go back on 22nd Aug'16.

As I am in India right now, I left my job and I am going to study as soon as I will land in Canada. During my stay in Canada I had a job for 4 months.

I am planning to submit the file at Mississauga. (My spouse stays in India)

My question is when shall I put my file? Shall I put it after I get a part time job during studies?

Thanks and Regards
