Good day,
Our outland application was sent in early january. We sent it without FBI clearance, which was just received. My question is where do I send it and what do I accompany it with?
Any info is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

As long as you can prove that you and your wife can support yourselves without welfare, a part-time job is ok. Aside from the paystubs, you can show savings, family support, your wife's earnings or earnings potential, etc.

I think is better if she apply from outside of canada bogota is taking only 6 months and inside of canada is more that 24 months and she has a visa so she can fly to canada to see you but if she stays in canada in legal that will make everything worse I am from Colombia and I used to live in canada I am tacking from experience

Thanks for your response. Can she come as a fiancee or is preferable to get married?

Canada doesn't issue fiancee visas.

There is no income requirement or minimum for account funds. He just needs to prove that he will be able to support you both in Canada once the process is over.

As a new PR while landing Or my sponsor - do we need to have so and so minimum income on bank accounts? I read somewhere that I have to have 12k? Not sure where I read that now and I keep stressing over this to be honest

Not for the family sponsorship , skilled workers and some other immigration streams requires the 12k funds

Thanks for reassurance was worried about this

Hi, I have a question.
I am on open Work Permit in Canada and I have applied for my PR in Sep 2014, I am hoping to get my PR soon.
My fiance lives in states, he is on OPT.
We are planning to get married next month.
Is it possible while he is on OPT and working in states and I can apply for dependent Work Permit for him?
Or he has to come as visitor in Canada only then I can apply for his Work Permit?

Any advise would be highly appreciated.
