No. R.130(3) of IRPR is there to stop people from doing exactly what you want to do. It's to prevent immigration fraud by "marriage/divorce of convenience". See http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2012/ob386.asp

If you wish.. That's assuming that your new partner can get a visitor visa... It will not change the 5 years sponsorship bar.

I'm permanent residence of Canada and want to merry Canadian but I'm scared from what ever happened with me before is not gonna gonna happened again that's why I was thinking to merry with Indian guy...
