Hello Everyone,

Just posting my Timeline so it will be helpful for everyone. I am hoping everyone will get their results soon.

Application Date :- Feb 1, 2022
Application Type :- Inland Spousal Sponsorship and Spousal Open Work permit
Application Mode :- Paper application
Medical Request :- March 22 , 2022
Medical Update :- March 30, 2022
No updates after that on anything.
Work Permit Approval letter :- April 22, 2022
Work permit received in mail within a Week.
Spousal Sponsorship Approval Email :- June 22, 2022
Replied on the same day to get credentials.
No credentials so raised a web form nothing happened, emailed again . no action
Credentials Received :- July 4th 2022
Photo and Address in Canada provided :- July 4th 2022
eCOPR :- July 6th 2022
PR Card in Mail :- July 20th 2022

I didn't get request for Biometrics as my Biometrics was done when I did my visitor visa application and it was valid. It's quick in my case as I was in United States for last 7 years.

Can can applicant submit another spousal application after detecting that certain document is missing in the first application to avoid waiting for months before the first application gets returned, let's say if both applications are to be submitted at few days interval?

on my SA it says new delhi for further processing which i got on 29 JULY and yesterday i called .. call agent said my file is in ottawa office ??
any one know if they will trasfer file after or what ??

Same here but no update for me after medical passed on July 2022. File status updated many times but no change. Primary visa office Ottawa.

You can withdraw the application online with webform but I don't know how soon after you can resubmit the application. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

Guys, is it good to submit webform with temporary file number to add your spouse as rep so need to submit use of rep form. Who should submit webform sponsor or PA? I submit app online in June 2022 and application submitted through sponsor's online portal and IMM0008 sponsor's address mentioned in mailing address (application was submitted without rep but now realized we should have submitted use of rep also).any idea guys to submit webform with temporary file number. thanks

I already mailed my document for spousal sponsorship outland Canada two months ago to Sydney and didn't receive anything yet. I am about to apply for a visitor visa for my wife as the processing time is mentioned as 24 months for family sponsorship on the IRCC website. I want to know how is my chance to be approved for a visitor visa. Should I mention that I have already applied for family sponsorship?
another question is should I mail my documents to Sydney or Mississauga? It was really confusing as it was mentioned Mississauga in my wife's profile and Sydney in IRCC website.

Hey all, quick update from me. No ghost updates of any kind for over a week now, no real updates since July 21st when my Background Check completed which meant everything on my PR tracker was completed. Still not sure why it's in limbo or why the last step hasn't been made yet, but patience it is I suppose
