It's been over a month for me now. No word from them whatsoever. Also no updates on PR tracker either.

What documents did they ask you for?

They asked for pcc (i applied with my application but it is expired) and photos

This happened to me last month they put in my online account the same status and after that they request additional documents

Mine was the same situation. My tracker didn’t update for about a month… But during that time I got my entire procedure done and received Pre arrival letter. And finally my tracker got updated on January 21st. So don’t worry!!!
