1. They asked for english translated nikkah nama which we didn’t sent before.
2. travel form ( updated)
3. Newly completed and signed Schedule A ( Background declaration form)
ADR : 5-May-2023
My simple answer would be to not fill out this form at all. This form is only required when Principal Applicant has done some Military service.
Or You can also put INFO at the top and put N/A in 1st empty row.

My AOR was 21 December 2022 and the file was transferred to the London visa office on 11 January 2023. We got the medical request on 20 March 2023.
