What class of licrnse did they give you when you passed your written test? G1? G2?

When I went to the Licensing department to do my written test the lady noticed that they put the incorrect date of birth on my letter of authenticity, so they wouldn't except it. She said it was fine and I could still do the test and when I received my new letter( which I will be getting next week) I could bring it in and they would change it on my file and it would cost me $80ish. My licence says G1 at the moment but thinking about it now I should of waited till I got my new letter to do my written test and avoided paying another fee (my own stupidity, but was not thinking straight after been there for 3 hours) which I assume they will then change it to G2.

I think you're getting a pretty good deal. Bear in mind you're only going cost the system more as you get older.

Ok, so right now, the paper/card you have says G1? If so, drive with your licensed partner on roads 80km/hr and under. No alcohol. Passengers must be less than or equal to the seat belt count.

G2 you can drive alone and on super highways with speeds over 80km.

G..you're a free agent...

Truth be told, it's pretty much useless. It's telling me nothing new anymore. That update you are seeing, is someone made a small page update on eCAS. There was nothing to do with cases.

I'm with you, profiler. I'm done with eCAS as well. According to that page they haven't even started my file.

My wife's either. According to eCAS, they've been working the sponsorship application since May.

According to IP2, what they do to complete the Sponsor application should actually be possible to complete in less time than we spend on hold with the call centre.

With that said, I reject that it should take 6 months, when exactly the same application package outland is approved within a month.

So, considering myCIC is stating the PR app is open, and they have done work on it, I have come to the decision that I need to cut eCAS out of my life. It's frustrating.

Really worrying. My spouse and me we are not together. We are missing to eacother too much. Worrying with cic process ..

It's identical for everyone. Go to ecas and don't sign in (so they have no case details). Notice the date is there? Now try it on a computer you've never used before. Notice it's the same? It's the same for every person in the Milky Way. CIC case or not. Signed in or not.
