I applied for my inland spousal PR application 27th nov,2024 and recently in april,2025 i got confirmation that they received all my docs and they don't need additional doc and they sent biometrics request which i submitted and they confirmed my biometrics received by them , after that no update yet and they haven't started background check as per recent status update check on IRCC helpline , any idea on how long it can take ?

Would hope for around a year but it is always dependent on your specific application and how straightforward it is and your home country. Although the posted processing are very long in reality most are proceeded much faster. Would suggest following cases similar to yours if possible to give you a better idea.

You should now be able to link your application with the two trackers. Please try doing so and check the progress from there—it may help you see the updates there and ease your mind.
