My biometrics could not be successfully captured at Service BC for my inland spousal application. I raised webforms and even called an IRCC agent but got the reply that IRCC would request biometrics again if they aren't satisfied but for now, there is not an issue. My secure account shows that biometrics has not been received but the page shows the biometric number and expiry. I don't know if my biometric has been accepted or not.
