oh ok.. i did my upfront medical last year october and got my medical request again on nov 11 2014. my time line is like we applied on 2nd dec 2013.. london office fot my case on feb 22 2014.. they started processing my case on nov 10 2014.. got my medical done again on 25th of the last month.. now lets hope for the best!!

This is the last thing done at the last of the case processing before PPR and nobody knows about how CIC conducts that.

usually police certificate expires within 3 months wen u applied your case. and as u r telling its the last thing done at the end , Will they demand again as they do the security check? becoz in the case of medical if it gets expires the demand again.

PCC is valid for 6 months or a year I guess and as per my spouse Meri shakal masoom hai so may be CIC also thinks the same lolx. BG check is not only the PCC it is more than that and only CIC knows that.

No, we were about to apply for TRV when got the PPR2 so stopped working on the TRV forms then.

So now you are adding the new born right? Have you sent his/her forms as well? If not then CIC will ask for those forms; and if yes then CIC will now ask for the med of the baby (If the baby is not Canadian by birth)

I'm in Canada ab I'm sponsoring my husband so our son is canadian

Hi Terry,

I guess I am on the same boat. I checked the status o on eCas and on december 1st it changed to 'Decision Made' and its been 8 days my wife did not receive any letter or email. Anyways I am praying we get a positive response on the application.. Please update once you receive any response.
One more thing on ecas they said , we started processing your application on Nov 27th and on Dec 1st it changed to decision made. is it normal.....

Wel yes, you are right, re-medical request received on Nov 3rd (they gave us a time frame of 60 days to submit results) and it was done on Nov 20th.

chirstmas holidays are coming and case processing will stop for few days.. then in january it will start again....

they asked me for re pcc...n after 1 week of reciving tht sent me ppr...so i think tht was just a formality n security checks were done before tht.
