Yes not good right, what happened to equality, also our 11 months are almost passed few days left. I think if we don't hear any thing in a weeks time than its going to be Jan as holidays are starting. My time line is: transferred to LVO Jan 21 2014
11 months timeline is not applicable to us even if the files are moved to LVO and are being processed quickly. But yes by the new release I just read that in 2015 all the cases will be processed in real time and in a year not more than that.
