I dont want to resign but incase if my employer dont give me 3 months leave then i have to. Will it impact TRV ?

Don't resign until you get a trv! Once you get it on your passport, no issues or harm to resign. It will have no pact on your trv.

Mine was transferred to London from Mississauga January 27th 2014. Still no update.

I guess I'll find out relatively soon if that 11 month timeline applies

yup, no updates, silence from them , so i ordered totes, lets see where my file is and what are they doing.

Mine was transfered in 24th Jan as well.... so waiting... let's see what your notes say when are you getting em.

I guess they try to minimize the time but as far as I read and i search 11 month time line is not apply but number of month will reduce.

Aliya, guess you are right. I think it's 11 months for 80 % of cases any ways. This is 9th month in process since my file was transferred to London, even if they respond now it will take couple of months to conclude. This means 11 is not possible but I do hope it gets done soon like 12 /13 months.

I had sent add docs on 30th July....sent email to LVO twice...didnt get a confirmation of receipt as yet ....any one else had a similar experience? I used Purlator to courier the documents.

They will not acknowledge receipt, that's why you send it by a courier as the signature on arrival is the only confirmation you get that it arrived.

I am new on this forum.My wife has sponsored me from Quebec under Family class in March 2014.I submitted my original academic documents but did not receive any acknowledgement or receipt.I am little curios about how and when will I get my original documents back.Would CIC send it to my wife in Canada or would they be directly mailed to my mailing address.
