CNZ: Did you find the medical form?

Proof of Relationship Letter: I put one in both envelopes (sponsor/aplicant). My wife wrote the letter for here part and I did another (more brief) one for mine. approx.2-3 pages each.

Yes, I did.

Should I submit a copy of my wife's national ID card with her application and does it need to be translated? I think the number is the most important part of it, right?

Any of the letters your wrote to Immigration Canada, did you date them? I am talking about letters explaining your plans or stuff like that.

Came across this while flipping through the guide and found this: ◦You must, however, come to Canada to reside with the sponsored person. If this is your situation, complete the section “Residency Declaration”.

Did you fill out a form called "Residency Declaration"? I was reading through the section 'who can sponsor' and came across this, but when I clicked on the link it didn't go anywhere.

It is a form that the sponsor has to fill out.
