Got AOR today via e-mail - 23 days.

You'll probably get sponsors approval next week.

BTW, if your wife gets to Canada and misses her favorite Korean TV shows. this is reasonably priced, works well on an HD TV and is keeping my wife off my back lately.

How is this different from Viki or Crunchy Roll?

I don't know as I never watch it. They're having a free trial at the moment, so if you're into Korean TV you can check it out.

You might want to point your better half to Viki and Crunchy Roll (they are free ;-) )

Yes,it's all waiting now. Looks like 14 months is the new timeframe. I found the applicant doc. to be more straight forward, so expecting smooth sailing for those 14 months. Now focused on logistics planning.

I took a quick look. Looks like Crunchy Roll is all anime. Viki looks good but mostly drama episodes, unless I'm mistaken. I think the paysite has everything the three Korean networks offer. My wife's a One Night Two Days addict.

I was kind of surprised that none of ther major cable/satellite services here offer any Korean programming.

Not yet, wife still needs to do the medical, she will probably get it done next week.

Update: Waiting........... :)

Sounds like plenty. I did it a little different. I attached a covering letter that included all the details of our relationship, but your way should be fine as well.

The letter you've prepared should be good enough. The gist of my letter was

1. here's how we met
2. here's how our relationship developed
3. here's how we got married
4. we've been together ever since
5. here's when were coming home and how we plan to proceed after we get there

If the letter you've written covers all that you should be fine.

Sounds stupid, but when you wrote the letter did you write from your point of view or your wife's? I ask, because this is going to be included in my wife's application package.

CNZ: Did you find the medical form?

Proof of Relationship Letter: I put one in both envelopes (sponsor/aplicant). My wife wrote the letter for here part and I did another (more brief) one for mine. approx.2-3 pages each.
