It is a form that the sponsor has to fill out.

You just call and order it. Nothing to fill out.

We didn't. Probably wouldn't hurt to do so (translate and notarize it).

There is nothing to translate. Its the number that matters.

Think I am just getting the 'pre sending the application in' jitters. Wife is doing the medical on Friday and then we will send the application on Saturday. Just feels weird, like I forgot to do something so going over everything again.

First, download the forms and guides. Read the guides several times. Also, post a new thread to get more replies.

I layed out everything on the floor and checked it with the checklist. And, scanned over the forms for any errors several times. Then gladly sent it off!

Just went through mine again, have to retype the 'application to sponsor, sponsorship agreement form' but I will do that on Friday. Everything else looks like it is ready to go. BTW, I don't needs to submit any passport size photos with my application right?

Only the applicant has to include immigration size photos. I think it was 9.

For proof of intent to return, I have:

letter from my aunt
letter from my best friend
(both willing to house us and assist us in finding employment)
letter from my parents promissing financial aid

print out of a conversation with a real estate agent about house viewing and purchasing a house after we return.

Hope that is enough. :)

That is pretty much the only part of my application I am concerned about now.

Choose the right options from the menu during online fee payment. The total should show $1040. A receipt will go to your email right away. Print it and put it on top of the other docs.

Thanks for the tip, what do you think about my 'proof of intent to return'?

Edit: You have to pay the fees before the medical exam?
