My wife called the hospital again, apparently she doesn't need to bring any photos, just the paper, passport and ID card.

on the 'application to sponsor, sponsorhip agreement' form, in part 1 did you choose withdrawl sponsorship if you are not found to be ineligable or did you choose continue on with the application? I chose the withdrawl option, btw.

Wife's medical is tomorrow than we hope to send off the application the next day, not much longer now!

Also,

Did you wife sign the last page of the 'Schedule A, background declaration'? It says not to sign it right now.

Photos are required for the new e-medical. If they say no photos they must not be on the new system.

I selected the same option.

It's in bold and caps DO NOT SIGN BELOW NOW. So, didnt sign. Right above that is another signature line that we did sign.

Very strange, I just don't get it, I keep telling my wife to bring photos just in case, but she is being stubborn.

One more: how did your wife pay for her medical?

She can still get it done using the old way. Photos are required for the new e-medical. I'd do whatever the hospital says. We used Severance Hospital to be sure its done right.

My wife paid at the hospital. Don't forget to get a print out of the medical to put in with your PR. The hospital will forward the complete results, etc.

Why does she have to show bank information? That is not required. She does need a letter from her employer. Have you read the application guide?
