We should call CIC right now and Email them. Just make sure.

I just called CIC and as usual they have no information about this.

The rep. said if the cap is filled you will get the application back. They can't see the update on how many applications have been received.

This news is just ridiculous if true. I feel the world slipping from underneath me. Don't mean to be over dramatic or anything but it is what it is.

Yes! That was going be my next question as you can't see any e-mail address on the screenshot plus the font is kind of strange.

Most of all we need all the reasons right now to believe that this is not true

Itmight be that the user's NOC which he applied in would have been a NOC B and that would have subcapped. The email doesn't say what kinda cap is full.

Exactly,what's his/hers NOC? But the fact that they didn't charge any CC in quite some time is worrying... We just need to wait for some announcement from CEC (hope they will post it somewhere)

Guys if you check the email.. it says Global Cap.. means overall cap i.e 8000 for CEC..

Anyway i still dont trust this email. until we dont come up with other folks have some information.

Ask your friend to post the screenshot with the e-mail address it came from

I would still suggest that any of us contact our local MPs tomorrow and confirm the news.
No matter how hard we try to convince ourselves, what ever is the case, we can't do nothing.
I tried calling my MP's office but no one answered.
