I had appeared for General IELTS exam and scored 6 Overall band.
How can I apply for Manistoba PR, How much time does the overall Process takes.
I am working as a manager with a Diamond / Jewellery firm, So do we have good opportunities there for my profession.
also do manitoba has good education for childerns there If I wish to relocate with my Family.

Schools in Winnipeg are generally good, you are given the option of having them learn in English 100% or in French immersion, which means that they are English speakers but learn French intensively, at the end of their school years they will be fluent in both languages. When they graduate they can choose between the U. of Manitoba, the U. of Winnipeg, the U. of St. Boniface (this one is only in French), or if they prefer something applied they can go to Red River College or MITT.

I am an HR professional with 8 years experience and I have tried IELTS multiple times but could not meet the 8777 range as i always fell short by 0.5 in writing. My only option is to try Manitoba PNP but I do not have a friend / connection in Manitoba. We want to stay there at Manitoba permanently, please let me know the alternate options.
