Hello Fellows ,,

1- As far as I understood, SINP demand that applicant can claim NOC experience & education when they match, but what about those NOCs which can have their requirements satisfied when applicant demonstrate work experience only ( e.g. clerk experience in NOC 1241 ).

2- As far as SINP is concerned, can my cousin claim experience in NOC 1241 while holding Bsc degree in computer science ?
she has been working as a secretary for 5 years in a neighborhood school . she is afraid that her SINP application may be rejected due to Education/experience miss match .

Seniors please help ,,

Regards
JK

Yes a very valid inquiry indeed however i think she still might find a match, ex: process some automated work / handling electronic transactions and correspondences / train others on used appliances and software / ensure that executive office appliances or computers are effective and efficient... etc.. just prepare a solid Ref. Letter if you already have limited options
Also this might require to show examples ( emails excell sheets ... ) i mean stack some evidences over a period of time for validity purposes in case you were asked for

Hello Everyone,
I have one query. Please suggest or advise if possible.
I have completed by B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering in 2006 and after that I have worked for 2.5 years. Later I have completed my MBA - Finance & Marketing in 2011 and I have been working since Mar 2012 in purchasing profile and my NOC details are given as below :
Mar 2012 to Jan 2015 - NOC 1225 - Purchasing Agents & offices
Jan 2015 to Till Date - NPC 0113 - Purchasing Managers

I have entered NOC 0113 in the my SINP profile and total experience of 8 Years. ( 9 years will be in March 2021).

Please let me know whether I can consider 8 years of Exp and I have to just consider the experience of current NOC - 0113.
Please suggest and advise.

Thanks in advance.

Please do not count on the following blindly but my strategy was:
I meet the ELIGIBILITY requirement to have at least one year in a high skilled occupation
And meet 8 or 9 previous years in assessment criteria

Meaning one year at least as a chief or head dep. And the rest are fairly a supervisor. Only make sure you select one NOC and at least proof you gained it at least in the past year then the rest should be just fine.
Also be ready to be thoroughly challenged and be prepared to proof it all with more than 3 official documents for each position.
For the moment all is well with me ✌ waiting for nomination decession.
Figers crossed

@Bacelor ... Thank you very much and all the very best .. :)

I will plan accordingly.

I have over 3 years of experience in noc 2131 . Do i stand a chance for getting nomination?
What is your SINP score? If you have a masters and family living in the province, you have a chance. Engineering is a licensed profession so look on the website for licensing requirements.

You need to have your education assessed and they will determine the equivalency to Canadian education for your degrees.
