Respected Ram ji, Quota for 2016 has got full, so they opened intake only for 300 EE seats on 12 th OCt (my assumption). Although 2nd January is the fix date for every year intake opening.

Do they update their in Demand list before opening for next year?

(sinp-oid 0213 Noc)
I can't ask/get the experience letter of my current job from my current organization,as I do not wish to reveal about my Canada PR while it's inprocess.
What is the alternative way of submitting to CIC? What I can provide to CIC?

For January they usuallly come with same NOCs. IN May, June they update their noc list every year.

CI doesn't need Job Experience letter. This is the matter of provincial government.

Please refer to document checklist in http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/prov-apply-application.asp. This will also be given once you got nominated. In another note, this thread is about express entry so you should have asked your question in thread about OID stream to make the thread cleaner.

How come most of the members who got their nomination letter keep on asking whats next??
is the next step did not provide by SINP? or they are just little bit lazy to open the link or read the email?.. just asking.... sooner i will ask the same.. lols!!
