No its not mandatory if you have sent bank statement revealing daily transaction history you do not need to collect Bank Manager's Certificate ....I have been nominated twice both in EE and OID but never send bank manager's certificate .....

Bank Manager's Certificate would be required at CIC stage if Visa Officer will ask for it during processing your application.

Is there anybody in this group who had his application returned/ineligible/rejected after being in "In Process" for a long time? I have been in "In Process" status for 1 month and 21 days without any query or docs request.

One friend of mine is a partner in an IT company and has been working as Information analyst (2171) along with 2 more partners working on different roles. she want to apply for next intake. Can she show herself as an employee and provide relevant experience letters etc? or show as self employed?

Can anyone help on this?

Yeah I can rent it from Airbnb but again question is that I want to leave after 2 weeks and then come back after 6 months. So what is the solution, since I will no longer be inside Canada/Saska after 2 weeks, who will receive the PR card and forward to me.

No. This is to check whether you are eligible for the program that you have applied which might include preliminary checks of your documents.

Hello Sridhar, I am pretty much same shoe as you, only with fewer years of experience and higher CRS score
I'm also a Mechanical Engineer with Msc in Manufacturing Eng. and Management.
I have submitted my application to SINP under the same NOC 2232. So, I believe you may want to explore same option of applying to SINP to boost your CRS score, since the NOC is still in demand in Saskatchewan.

Hi,

I am currently working in the USA and have applied for SINP program couple of months ago. It is still being adjudicated and am yet to get a nomination.

Now, my employer is relocating me to Canada and to a different Province YY next month on a Work Permit.

What is the impact to my PNP? Do I now need to inform SINP about my move to Province YY on a Work Permit? If I inform, would there be a chance of rejection based on close tie with other province? Or is it absolutely normal to apply for SINP while residing in a different Province YY?

Appreciate your suggestion and guidance.
