Hello guys my SINP EE May 2016 application status change to in progress today....i pray the processing go smoothly.
My worry is the amount I have as settlement fund on my EE profile is different from the one on SINP profile.though both amount are well above the required amount.
Can I still make changes to my EE profile despite the SINP application in progress?

Yes you can, it's totally fine to update your EE profile. That's why it's named profile not application because it's changeable.

I guess, you are talking about the "review" of your most recent IELTS results.

Yes, you can request a review of all 4 modules - the price might be same as for a review of one module only. Rumour has it, that the results are never "lowered" upon the review - they can leave the results the same or increase them in one or even in several modules (I know the person who got "+1" in one module and "+0.5" in another after such "re-marking").

In case the points in any of the modules would be increased during this review - you'll get your money (been paid for a remarking) back and a new certificate will be issued and sent to you.

However, you must remember that during the process of re-viewing of your most recent results the current certificate you have at hand (with your current points - L 8.5, R 8.5, S 7.5, W 6.5) is deemed as "ineligible" (or, better say, something like "inactive"), and you are not allowed to use it in any way. And, actually, the process of remarking is rather long - much longer than the initial process of "marking" - it can take 6 weeks or even more.

The letter from Previous company does not clearly state job title, duties, length and dates of
employment.

One of my previous company is not active. So how can i get the information from that company.

Can anyone please suggest

From which company do you want your NOC be credited? Did you work more than 1 year on both companies? Remember that SINP only requires at least one year of job experience and only one NOC to represent your job experience. If you can, get your reference letter from the active company and request them to make a letter that fits your preferred NOC as well.

In my case, I asked my supervisor to follow the SINP requirements for reference letters, and so my boss gave my job description in accordance to the requirements, whichever tasks are applicable to what I do at work.
