As per my understanding by section A they mean shedule A , It seems you missed to sighn on Schedule A form . Please check that in your application .

Probably they need below docs .
1 Birth certicate and
2 Schedule A Form sighned by you .

I suggest that you check all the forms you uploaded if all were signed and dated. I think you kept the scanned files saved on your computer.

Don't panic, good to know they are asking for additional document not rejecting for such a reason.

Hello All , My application is under process but no fund conversion yet ......Does any one know how long does it take for fund conversion ? Jan 4 applicant , in process April 11..Anyone under same situation ? Guys please advise !!! ??? ??? ??? ???

I have created new EE profile and have register it in job bank also .
But if i check it in EE application status in EE profile is still "pending additional criteria" and job bank registration status field in EE profile is "pending".

How much time it takes to activate EE profile????

In my case it took less than 24 hrs

In my case it took two days. When i saw pending for job bank, immediately i log a technical ticket on the issue to CIC. CIC corrected the issue in next two days and resolve the ticket. You may do the same. In parallel i have raised another ticket to job bank portal and they replied its fine from their end.
